    Pros

    There's a lot of opportunity if you're willing to work hard and ask for it. There are several offices, and different project types; the diversity is there, again, if you're willing to make the necessary changes to go after what you want.

    Cons

    Pay is based on years you've worked in your field, so if you're young (less than 45) and hard-working, you may not receive pay commensurate with your effort.

    Advice to Management

    It's good to know there are some changes taking place; it may make a stronger company
