    Great motivation; culture crew keeps things you going and motivates you to do well. Great incentives for top performers. Accomplishments are recognized. Ability to work flex hours and work from home. Traveling to sales markets is a great experience. Excellent training and constant support and positive feedback from management on performance. No minim time required for promotions. Great at promoting within. Flexible with rates and terms for clients, ability to be creative and think outside the box. No scripted calling you sell yourself and the more you know the more you will succeed.


    Base salary is 7.69 an hour. Makes pay checks unpredictable and difficult to budget on minim wage of you are not making sales. High turnover this is a sales job strictly based on cold calling and your own prospecting. Not good if you don't like being tied to a phone all day.

    Advice to Management

    Raise base salary; give credit for emails; lower phone time requirements.

    The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Clear Channel Airports (Allentown, PA).


    I met with two different property managers who asked questions designed to get a feel for who I am and what I can do. In addition to skill set they are looking for people with values who will add to their culture. They wanted to be sure I was willing to travel, and meld well with colleagues in a team environment. They did indicate that while the job and company were fun, growth was stagnant and so as a result raises had not been given for several years.
