If you fit in right away this company will become an extension of your family. Everyone has a tight relationship.
The products are very interesting but it's kind of a niche.

If you are ambitious, this company is not for you. There is no ladder available as everyone stay put.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You need to boost your sales rep in order to boost your numbers. Don't let them stand there and wait for the customers!
