    I have been working at Clearlink full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Relationships, Career building, I don't feel like a number, most people here I consider Family, tons of opportunity to make great money (even for a call center), TONS OF FUN ACTIVITIES/ INCENTIVES, Love my career here at clearlink!

    I started on the phones here at CLEARLINK in 2010 and new I was at home the second I arrived. I have worked in sales my whole life but never had the opportunity to have a steady schedule, GREAT Commissions (it's inbound come on!) AND a competitive hourly on top of that! Within 6 months I was promoted and have been promoted 3 times since then. Our company is much larger now than it was back then however If you are a hard worker and are driven with great work ethic, you will thrive here.

    Cons

    With Growth comes many challenges- we grew so fast we had a hard time keeping up with the pace. However, CLEARLINK is actively searching for solutions and has even formed a committee to help keep the sales agents happy even if it means changing policies and systems (like scheduling). I've never worked at a company that cares this much.

    This is a sales job!!! If you are not a hard worker, are not self driven, do not have great work ethic, and are not motivated to by money DON'T WORK HERE! You will most likely complain that it's too hard like many of these reviews have and you will not be happy. I would recommend something like McDonalds or Pizza Hut where they don't care if you are late and don't require a weekly quota.

    Keep up the good work. I love this company and have never felt more at home. Thank you for caring so much about me as a person and for allowing me to grow personally and professionally.

    Application Details

    I applied online. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at Clearlink in July 2014.

    Interview Details

    I submitted my resume online and two weeks later I received an email requesting a telephone interview. On the agreed day and time, Clearlink did not call. After emailing asking if they wanted to reschedule, another day and time was set, only to not receive a phone call, again.

    Clearlink apologized profusely thru an email and set another day/time for the phone interview. This time they called. The interview was fairly basic and most of the questions were about my marketing background and the results of various marketing strategies.

    Following that interview, I was told Clearlink would arrange for me speak to another senior company executive. Like the first interview, various days and times were set and no phone call was received.

    When I finally did have the telephone interview, it was obvious the person was reading from a list of prepared questions and never seemed interested in what my plan would be to run the marketing department.

    After that interview, I was told I would interview with a member of the executive team and I would get an email with a day/time. After one week, I sent an email asking about the status. I did not receive an answer for four days. Then I was told it was the busy season and there would be a delay, but I would get the meeting info in the next three days. After five days I sent another email. Again, no response.

    Finally, after another request for a status update I was told they would talk to the executive team and get a day/time. The next day I get a generic "thank you for your time, but we've decided to pursue other candidates" email.

    Overall the interview process was unprofessional. Appointments were not respected and Clearlink did not respond when they said they would.
