I have been working at Cleveland Browns full-time

Good people. Cool culture. Excellent Cafeteria. The Cleveland Browns is a really fun place to work if you are interested in getting involved with the NFL.

The office is very much separated so you will only really interact with people around you. Other than that its great

    Easy Interview

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cleveland Browns in March 2011.

Very relaxed setting for the interview. The events coordinator and an assistant were the ones who conducted the interview. Part of the interview involved just having casual conversation as it seemed as though they were looking for outgoing individuals. When looking at your past job experiences they were most curious in work that involved operations, such as tearing up and breaking down events that involved customer service
