    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ weekinterviewed at Cleveland Clinic (Cleveland, OH).

    Interview

Every research lab runs their own lab with their own interviews, so reviewing the process is somewhat pointless. I worked for 2 separate labs, each interview was informal with the boss, then a meeting with the lab members. The lab member meeting was just as important as the boss meetings because they give input after you leave. I know, I've been on both ends.
