I have been working at Cleveland Clinic full-time (more than 10 years)

Great place to work. Paid time off, is a major benefit if you use it wisely. You can take time off for appointments, sick days, etc and still get paid for the time you took off from work.

The work-life balance is great. The only con is the point system, however, if you don't abuse your pto or call off often, the point system will not come back to haunt you.

    Positive Outlook

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at Cleveland Clinic.

    Interview Details

Filled out the application from received an email about setting up a phone interview. Phone interview lasted about 10 minutes then received a phone call to set up a face to face interview. Face to face was with 2 people, seemed positive. Told me I would hear within the week. I was never contacted either way just left in the air. Not very professional to me.

The clinic campus includes an international care center, children's hospital, an outpatient center, and several research institutes. The... More
