Great locations and footprint. Lots of potential to improve. The staff are committed to success when given the right direction, support and leadership.
Extremely high turnover is a major issue. Only 1 out of 5 staff have been at the company for more than year. Churn is huge. Mostly due to lack of senior management leadership and support. There is a cut corners attitude when pressure is on causing stress to all. Even the senior management can't seem to stick around for more than a year at a time.
Advice to Management
Focus on reasons for people leaving the company and take responsibility for sometimes bad decisions. The business has great potential with lots of talent, but they end up walking. There is direct impact to the costs when staff come and go, but this is not measured so not treated with care. Pay attention to the greatest assets; the people, not the training facilities!
