    I have been working at Clipper Magazine full-time (less than a year)


    It is very relaxed and I am not micromanaged at all. I am free to work independent but also have the support of my managers.


    I am slammed with work one week and dead the next week; I wantt the work load to be consistent.

    I applied through a recruiter – interviewed at Clipper Magazine.

    Interview Details

    Phone, online application, then in person with manager which was scheduled at a hotel for the end of day. It was pretty fast considering how long and how many steps a lot of companies take before they even grant you an in person interview.
