I have been working at Clipper Magazine full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

It is very relaxed and I am not micromanaged at all. I am free to work independent but also have the support of my managers.

    Cons

I am slammed with work one week and dead the next week; I wantt the work load to be consistent.
