The talent at Clipper was amazing.
Clipper has gone through some rough times and been purchased twice in the last few years, resulting in many negative changes to corporate culture. There have been layoffs, and morale is low. Future of the company is questionable. Clipper works their people long hours with little to no acknowledgement for their hard work.
