    I worked at Club Quarters full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    I did receive a week before employee of the month. Suggestions would be heard.

    Cons

    Never taught higher up positions. Exposed an employee for higher positions, knowledge.
    Supervisors will not listen to the explanations that incurred in a complaint and why it was impossible to correct promptly.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Value employees much more. Employees are dismissed because it is totally impossible to please a VIP guest complaint at one a.m.

    I applied through college or university. The process took 4 daysinterviewed at Club Quarters.

    Interview Details

    I sent my resume and cover letter to the manager and was called in for an interview within two days. Interview was very quick and they specifically wanted to know about my availability. The position was supposed to be part-time but they wanted to make sure you were available to work more hours when they need you. Duties included all aspects of the front desk including other areas of the hotel such as light cleaning, bell services and resolving customer complaints.
