Co-Operative Industries Aerospace is a customer-oriented team that offers extensive experience in harness solutions. From our AS9100 registered facility we design and manufacture electrical wiring harnesses, cables, ignition leads and flexible conduit for the aerospace market. In addition, Co-Op’s on-site FAA, EASA and CAAC Certified Repair Station supports airlines with accessory check & test, repair, and overhaul services.

Co-Op Aero is an industry leader that has been a manufacturer of electrical wiring cables and interconnects for over 65 years. With the last 17 years under current ownership, Co-Op strives to continue to build upon the foundation that has made us a competitive player within the aerospace industry. The company has two locations in Fort Worth, Texas. Our harness manufacturing and Repair Station is housed in a modern 121,096 sq ft (11,250 sq m) facility. A second, newly renovated facility contains the hose and Conduit production. We have the expertise to solve reliability concerns for designs currently in the field, regardless of manufacture.

MISSION

Our mission is to supply and support the aerospace industries' interconnect needs. We offer design, manufacturing, repair, PMA (Parts Manufacturer Approval) options and automated test equipment for electrical wiring harnesses, cables, interconnects, and conduits used on today's airframe, engine, and space applications. On the ground, our industrial product line of flexible metal and non-metal conduits makes us a key supplier throughout the construction industry.

Health

Our employee’s health is important to us, which is why Co-Operative Industries pays more than 80% of employee benefit premiums and 50% of any dependent premiums. In addition, the company pays 100% of all deductible eligible expenses over $500.00 for employees and dependants on our health care plan.  We also realize that proper health care doesn’t just stop with health insurance, which is why we also contribute 50% towards the cost of employee dental insurance.

Co-Operative Industries offers a 401 (k) plan that allows employees to make pre-tax contributions to a retirement plan.   We will match our employee’s contribution at a rate of $0.25 per $1.00 up to the first 3% of pay.

Educational Assistance

Co-Operative Industries encourages all of its employees to be more effective on the job and to increase their career potential within the company by voluntary participation in job-related classes, continuing education programs, and/or professional seminars outside regular working hours.  The company feels employee development is advantageous to both the company and the employee.

The company will reimburse a percentage of the cost of tuition and books to an eligible employee with one (1) or more years’ continuous service up to $1,000 in a calendar year.

On the first Saturday of each month, Co-Operative Industries hosts the Tarrant Area Food Bank's Mobile Pantry. Like a market on wheels, Tarrant Area Food Bank’s Mobile Pantry program is a traveling pantry that delivers food, including fresh produce and refrigerated items, directly to communities in need.

Co-Op volunteers, along with other area volunteers, unload, set up and distribute food directly to customers from their outdoor employee patio.

We at Co-Operative Industries promote total company commitment to objectives and to continually meeting or exceeding customer requirements.  In order to achieve this objective we recognize the need for continuous training of our employees so that they can advance in their careers while also meeting company goals.  Each month employees receive training, or re-training, relevant to their positions.  We also offer annual in-house training classes on Microsoft products for our employees who want to further their understanding of Microsoft Office programs.  In addition, speakers are brought in to meet with management staff to further their communication and team building training with interactive seminars.
