I worked at Co-operative Bank full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Benefits were higher than average. Really nice people to work with. Salaries were decent. Support to do your job well was good

    Cons

Leadership wasn't good so poor decision making. Some middle management chose favourites which created conflict. Bad behaviours not addressed as they should.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Involve team at all levels in decision making. Push those who have been there years harder to make them realise it's not just a cushy number
