    Application Details

I applied through an employee referral – interviewed at Co-operative Group.

    Interview Details

I was not successful but I did not feel this was due to me interviewing poorly or being unprepared -Rather I was left feeling that the decision had already been made to appoint someone else. This perception was due to the interviewers lack of attention to what I was saying alongside a lack of probing questions. This created an environment where I was repeatedly trying to provide my suitability through selling myself. After a while I grew tired and demotivated with what I felt was a tick box exercise interview to say the role was opened for all.
