    They value their employees and support them. The are also very committed to giving back to their community.


    Some managers are not good at leading their staff to succeed. Also, being a smaller company opportunities for growth are limited.

    I submitted an online application and the next day I was called for an interview. I went to interview with my department's hiring manager and supervisor. She asked me detailed questions that related to my job. She told me about the benefits and asked me about my salary expectations. The next day I got a call with a job offer.
