Honestly, there are few. The only positive element to my time at this firm was learning how to navigate complicated practice areas on my own as a new attorney- since the head attorney offered minimal guidance.
For a firm that practices employment law, it is ironically a negative environment for its own employees. Never before have I experienced such overworked attorneys, constantly catering to the whims of Bruce Coane who is hardly ever available when they need assistance. There is a severe lack of respect for the time, energy, integrity, and growth of the attorneys and law clerks. If you are a new attorney, do not expect to be mentored here.
Advice to Management
Hire more attorneys to decrease work load. Invest more time into attorneys and law clerks and provide opportunities for career advancement.
