    Pros

    Huge upside, very generous and charitable company, the sky is clearly the limit if you are willing to work smart and hard. Personal growth is part of the culture. Most importantly, the product lines are reliable, partnerships mutually beneficial and systems efficient.

    Cons

    High difficulty, very competitive industry, takes serious dedication and commitment, anything short of that results in failure or mediocrity. Standardized training is lacking although plenty of expertise in many areas if you seek it out.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what's been working.

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Coast to Coast (Woodland Hills, CA) in February 2015.

    Interview

    Interview with Sales manager Guissepe Aleva and Brett Vogel. Both seemed to not be hiring a full fledged salesman. Their intent was to hire a lead and sales getter and that Brett would keep the commission while balking at giving a bonus.

    • Some people like being a $12/hr dialer (to get leads and sale). Are you ok with doing that?   1 Answer

    Negotiation

    Deceptive. They hire frequently with no intention of graduating people to sales. The do this as a cheap way to get quality leads and sales.
