    I have been working at Coast to Coast full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Tons of room to grow, effective management for self starters which rewards good salesmanship and holds everyone to their highest standards without micro-management or manipulative tactics. Useful database tools which enable relatively drama free inner office communication through a system and structure of rules. A great, diverse team of people with a lot of freedom. I love that I can leave at 2 pm every day and still make tons of money selling high quality products. Solid reputation.

    Cons

    No guarantees in sales, make it or break it mentality, difficult industry with harsh rejections from cold calling. Takes a huge amount of persistence and determination to succeed.
