I have been working at Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. part-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

This company is Lead by a knowledgeable set of people that have been dealing with the business side of music, artist development, product management, and event planning for over 10 years of service.

    Cons

With the company stepping out in a volatile time in the Entertainment Industry the company is limited to the big names in the business making the company deal with a lot of small production houses and limited talent looking for big endorsements.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep looking for big companies that are welling to invest by endorsements, event sponsorships, and working with Entertainment Schools looking to give their Internship programs a boost by placing their students in your workforce.
