    What a joke? Many qualified maintenance mechanics applied. So instead of doing thier job, they instead, contacted a staffing service. The staffing service is paying a lower pay than the company would pay. Why hire a temp mechanic, when it is a full time position. You are taking money out of his pocket for the same work to be done.
