    I worked at Coldwater Creek


    I loved Coldwater for putting the customer first. Coldwater believed in a team atmosphere. Managers were able to build their team through rotating areas of responsibility allowing all aspects of the business to be learned. The company created a partnership with all members from the president to the sales associates.


    The Company lost its competitive edge and had to file for bankruptcy.
