I have been working at College of Wooster (More than 8 years)
Open-minded community with a lot to offer students. Lots of passionate faculty and staff who truly believe in the College's mission. Beautiful campus located in great small town.
Slow to change. Faculty to staff relations can be very rocky. Not much room for career growth for many positions. Currently under a lot of administrative roll-over, which could be good or bad.
Advice to Management
Continue to encourage faculty/staff relationship building. Make sure staff are shown equal appreciation and say in running the business.
