I have been working at Collette Vacations, Inc. full-time (less than an year)

Growing company. Great employee culture: we're like a family here. Respect from superiors. Travel opportunities abound, of course. Brand-new employee Wellness Center. Great training and employee development, including tuition reimbursement. Profit-sharing; year-end bonuses. Four hours volunteering per month on company time. Open-door policy with management. Low turnover. I love coming here every day!

The growing number of employees at headquarters has led to parking challenges, which the company is trying to eliminate.

    Interview Details

I was called in for an interview fairly quickly after submitting my resume. Upon arriving, I sat with an HR representative to discuss my general background and seemingly get a feel for me. After this light interview, I was brought into another room to conduct a second interview with my potential supervisor. There I was taken through the actual job requirements. I say actual, because the description on their website did not give the impression of a pure cold-calling position. I appreciated the honesty of the interviewer and he respected my disinterest in the position.
