    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Colonial Williamsburg Foundation full-time (More than 5 years)

Working in the place where our country started. It's great to see employees portraying the founding fathers, stay in a hotel with world class service, have nationally recognized chefs in the restaurants and shop in stores with wonderful sales associates.

Change in culture is causing uncertainty for some employees. Focus on implementing the changes necessary to be competitive and work on stabilizing the workforce.

    Advice to Management

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Colonial Williamsburg Foundation.

Was applying with the Williamsburg Lodge. Had an interview with both the Front Office Manager and the Restaurant Manager. It was very cut in dry, they both had the same list of questions to ask me and they just hopped around to asking them. Wasn't too long or harsh, they asked me a lot of behavioral questions as well as questions about my future aspirations. Almost feel as though they were trying to see if I was just trying to add the position to my resume or if I planned on being with the company for the long run.
