    Pros

People were the best. The partner, Ed, was awesome. I also enjoyed the fridge stocked with sodas.

    Cons

There was a lot of work to do. You managed as many files as you could handle and still drown in paperwork.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Colony Capital (Irvine, CA) in May 2015.

    Interview

two step interview process, phone screen first then in person interview. There were 4-5 people who took turn to interview. Process was easy but lengthy. Sounded like they were very busy and each took time out to interview for 15 mins
