    I worked at Colorado Technical University full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    CTU has good benefits and decent pay for starting out in the admissions field. They train their employees very well and continue with followup training's to keep employees on the same page.

    Cons

    There is very little in the way of raises. The company has no since of loyalty to its employees. If your numbers fall you are gone. No second chances.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Learn to protect your veteran employees and stop firing them at the drop of a hat for any reason. Get all of the managers on the same page as you do the employees. Each manager has their own style of management, this makes it difficult for employees.

    I applied online. The process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Colorado Technical University.

    Interview Details

    There we two sets of interviews. One with a panel of three, and the second with an immediate supervisor and the Director of Operations. Had to wait for an offer due to negotiating a higher salary due to a discrepancy between HR and the school. Thankfully I received the salary that I had asked for, and was notified promptly by HR. Plus, my immediate supervisor kept me in the loop as to the process as well. Background check was done, and once I passed, my supervisor called to ask me about business cards to order before my start date!

    Was offered a lower salary, although HR at HQ told me that my range was doable. Was given the salary within the range I asked for.
