    We have a Union, supervisors are always willing to talk and openly handle any concerns, the staff is very open to positive ideas and suggestions

    Cons

    No benefits to part time workers, part time staff can not also teach

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Many employees are upset about the purchase of expensive instillation art while lab hours are increased and number of workers to cover them are decreased
