I really enjoyed working for Columbus regional. I work in the medical center prior to working in the long term care facility. The pay was great and we received raises each year until one of the ceo's cut them. They were promptly reinstated ny the next ceo. The attention shown to employees is great. The facilities are nice and the onboarding process really makes you feel like you're a part of a great team. This may have changed since there is yet another ceo now.
Nothing! I has no problems while working there.
Advice to Management
