Former Employee - Guest Services Team Lead in Everett, WA

I worked at Comcast Arena at Everett part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible schedule if you are a member of the guest service team, chance to see great shows as long as you keep in mind you are there to work the events as well.

    Cons

Work isn't steady since it is based on the event schedule, some shifts you may be sent home early from if ticket sales weren't as strong as projected, a bit of a clique atmosphere among some of the staff.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to treat all employees equally, a lot of favoritism has been starting to be shown and employees are catching on to it and leaving. Big turnover the past two months.
