Employee Engagement and Education
Comerica support the activities of thirteen (13) Employee Resource Network Groups (ERNGs), four (4) Diversity Roundtable and seventeen (17) Market Segmentation Initiative teams across all Comerica markets. These teams support professional development, community outreach and customer outreach focused on the specific interests of the diverse population segments they represent. Comerica’s Diversity Education program provides a variety of program offerings throughout the year that educate and enrich colleague appreciation and understanding of various cultures, backgrounds, traditions and ways of life. All Comerica Diversity programs are approved and embraced by the company’s Executive Diversity Council, comprised of the highest level leaders in the company.


Business Outreach

  • 18 – 24 month program that prepares participants for positions as commercial lenders.

​​Service Company Development Program​​

  • 24 month program that prepares participants for positions as technologists
  • Requirements – Bachelor degree in EE, CIS, CE, SE orMIS, 3.0 cumulative GPA

​​Audit Interns and Staff Auditors​​

  • Summer Internships and entry level Staff Audit positions
  • Requirements – Bachelor degree, 3.0 cumulative GPA, 2 Accounting classes with a 3.0 in each

​​Financial Rotational Program​​

  • 24 month program that prepares participants for positions in the Finance area
  • Requirements – Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting with a 3.0 cumulative GPA, Three Accounting courses with a 3.0 GPA or above in each

    They are a small bank so it gives you the chance to learn that foot work part of the job. So it really makes you stronger in sales.

    the people are really old their so depending on where you work promotion might be a little harder then expected

    Interview Details

    The process took 3 weeks. I was called by the department manager for an interview. There wasn't no set of questions he just wanted to know about my previous work experiences. He was overly joyful about my Microsoft Office skills. He showed me around and introduced me to his boss. He told me that I should know something in a few days. I ended up reaching back out to him to find out that another candidate was selected.
