I have been working at CommScope full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

The professionalism is definitely great, and most of the employees are easy to get along with. They have decent benefits, and plenty of space to move around to other positions within the company. It is an international company with many different facilities across the nation and globe.

    Cons

Some individuals are more difficult to work with than others. Sometimes it is difficult to get traction on a creative idea due to the costs of pursuing it. The benefits continue to decrease year after year.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There needs to be (and possibly are efforts under way) a way to connect the company's mission and vision with the actual actions that take place in the lower levels. Innovation takes time and often capital.

Everyone comes here as a temporary and hopes to get hired. Some wait as long as five years. However those who show cleavage are hired right away.
