    Pros

Flexible hours. The pay was decent for what was expected for the position. On site job training is a plus!

    Cons

Supervisor would call you anytime of day/night to get fill ins. If your next relief didn't show or is late you have to stay until that shift is over or a relief comes. Some sites offer a lot of just sitting at a desk but a pro is that some sites have nonstop movement, walking, driving etc. you pay for the portion of your uniform.

    Advice to Management

The only advice I would say is to please make sure someone relieves you from your shift because then if you have plans after work you have no choice but to cancel and that's not fair.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 dayinterviewed at Command Security (Hartford, CT) in February 2015.

    Interview

I started by applying online to a position post. I was called within hours- I had to work the phone interviewer to actually reveal what the location of the job was as opposed to just a town/city. Then they made me drive across the state to put an application in at a local branch and talk to a human resource lady- they looked at my resume and 7 years management experience and accepted me without issue.
