    I worked at Commission Junction as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

    - fun, regular events at the HQ location in SB
    - intelligent, helpful coworkers I was able to learn from
    - interesting project

    Overall I really enjoyed my experience with CJ.

    Cons

    ValueClick (its parent company) is definitely more bureaucratic than the startup environment I'm now used to. The office in Westwood was mostly full of sales people, and phone calls can be disruptive in a cubicle environment.

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Commission Junction.

    Interview Details

    The process consisted of two phone interviews and one final in person interview. The first phone interview was a quick fifteen minutes. The second was about half an hour. The third was two hours. Everyone I spoke to on the phone or in person was great and friendly. Phone interviews were very punctual and easy going.
