    Pros

A large and diverse organisation which presents ample opportunity for career and personal development. A strong culture genuinely focused on living its values and allowing employees to bring their full self to work….presents an opportunity to work with great people! Innovative and leading the banking market in our use of technology - very exciting for both our employees and customers!

    Cons

Lots of process and procedures.....but that's banking and we're working hard to make things more simple for our people and customers. This is supported by our culture which promotes people speaking up and continuous improvement.

    Advice to Management

Keep the focus on leading with vision and values, developing our internal talent and innovating!
