I worked at Community Health Centers of King County
The company is very focused on providing quality and affordable healthcare to low income and underinsured members of the community. It is rewarding to know that you are providing a very necessary service to underserved people in the area where you live and work.
Overworked and underpaid!! The company will hire as few people as possible to get the maximum amount of work completed. There are budget restraints as with most non-profit organizations, but it takes a huge toll on it's dedicated employees. There are many employees that arrive before the sun rises and leave after the sun sets and spend little or no time with their families outside of the office.
Advice to Management
Find a way to hire a sufficient number of employees to support the amount of work that is required. Continually search for ways to offer better benefits for employees, especially knowing the dedication and commitment that is being brought to the table each and every day!
