    Pros

Very good company to work for over all as in benefits and salary. The people are great !

    Cons

I think they sometimes lose that " everyone is an actual person " concept when things go bad....

    Advice to Management

Always keep your people that actually stick with you through the hard times.

    Interview

You are given a knowledge test. Its consist of medical terminology writing definitions for medical terms and math. It was a panel interview and only one person asks questions. It was awkward.
