I have been working at Community Reinvestment Fund as an intern (less than a year)

You will be contributing directly to their business through hands-on projects. Having a dedicated mentor and lunch events either with senior management and fellow interns further enriched my experiences.

Entry-level jobs might not appeal to recent graduates, as you need real experiences to understand their complex business.
