I have been working at Commvault full-time (More than 5 years)

Work on a diverse product positioned in the Enterprise market. Have the ability to move to different test teams and work on different applications if so desired. Its family oriented and hours are flexible. Overall its a fantastic company i love working for.

There is some favoritism that does go on. But i feel like you have that anywhere.

    Advice to Management

Clearly communicate with Dev/Test procedures and things of that nature. Keep a clear path. Procedures and things seem to change a lot. Lots of favoritism going on as well

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Commvault.

I applied online and was in communication with a recruiter soon after. I had my initial conversation with the recruiter, one phone interview and one in-person interview. I also had to submit references and background check information, however it did feel as though I submitted the same information several times. The recruiter was great and very open and honest, including giving me the bad news that what was going well made a sudden u-turn. At the end, I completely understood their decision and have moved on.
