    I worked at CompUSA full-time

    Pros

Mass market - computers for those who have no idea what computers are. Clearly a model that didn't survive but was foundational.

    Cons

Dying brand and model of selling equipment - worked well in the 90s but didn't sustain. Everything was aged - especially management.

    Advice to Management
