    Interview

The interview process was two phone screenings and an onsite interview over the course of 3 weeks. The first phone screening was with a recruiter for 30 minutes, the second was with the hiring manager for another 30 minutes, and afterwards an online technical test that was due a few days later. The on-site interview was 1.5 hours with two separate panels: one with the team and the other with upper management. Part of the interview included a bunch whiteboarding exercises followed by a series of the usual interview questions from both panels. Nothing specifically about my previous work experience was asked.

You’ve got a talented team of thought leaders in the field... More
