Sometimes there is a fair amount of travel which is difficult because of remote locations and weather conditions. Travel can be necessary on short notice.
Advice to Management
Management could provide more opportunities for specialized and/or technical training. Sometimes some information could be provided more quickly but in general no complaints.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Complete Production Services (Longmont, CO).
Panel interview with two HR managers and three field managers. I was provided with information regarding the position and was permitted to ask for details. We reviewed my resume and specific questions related to it were asked by members of the panel. Information regarding benefits, leave, work schedule, geographic areas of responsibility were provided by the panel.
- Gave a scenario of an employee in a protected class having performance issues, that employee's supervisor came to me for assistance/feedback/guidance. I was to explain in detail how I would advise the supervisor. Answer Question
