You don't need to work extremely hard. Supervisors are mostly disinterested with your daily work so long as you don't make them look bad. Company is judgmental regarding employees personal lives (gay/bi friendly). Many employees get offices (and hide in them all day). Some great people work here, particularly the young energetic employees.
Extremely long time to move forward on proposed projects. Work completed is totally unappreciated by managers and directors. Low pay. Significant money wasted that should be going to clients. Pay rates are low. Hard work and dedication is not rewarded. Time tracking for both hourly and salary is extremely closely monitored. Formal dress required. Old/dirty buildings.
Advice to Management
Reward talent with raises. Remove deadweight at the top. Employees who go above and beyond should be recognized financially.
