I have been working at Compulink Management Center full-time (more than an year)

I can't say there are rolling hills of green lawns because this is Long Beach. But it sunny bright and living near the coast is a plus. What is great about my job is the people I work with. The projects are very challenging. The deadlines are a bit tight but mostly there are just 40 hour work weeks.

There is a lot of freedom and responsibility in the job. Everyone gets to participate in design reviews. It's a bit like working on school projects but pushed up a notch. As for my project. The coding is challenging, the project is meanful and i like how the product helps people. good for my karma.

My project seems a bit ambitious. We could add a bit more people but that may ruin the small group feel.

I had a great experience where the recruiter was very accommodating and helpful from the career fair through the on-site tour/interview. The hiring process first begins with a technical screening (programming and case analysis problem) then an on-site interview. Responses were typically given on Fridays after input is provided by the development team to the hiring team.
