I have worked at Comverge for more than two and a half years and have always had a positive experience here. First and foremost, the people are great -- the friendliest and most down-to-earth in the industry. No jerks, creeps, big egos, or office politics here. The niche is interesting, Comverge's offering is differentiated and compelling, and our clients enjoy working with us. As a younger employee, I would also rate Comverge highly for being supportive of someone early in their career and new(ish) to the demand management space. I would recommend Comverge to anyone looking for a welcoming place in which to do good work.
Some people outside of the organization have enduring, outdated misconceptions of Comverge, which is frustrating to those of us who know how excellent it's become. With time its reputation will catch up with the positive internal reality.
