    Great people to work with. Great managers. Flexible about working remote at times. Great benefits

    Cons

    Far from home. Work 45 hours a week cause hour lunch not included.

    Advice to Management

    Follow people's work to allow them to work more remotely as long as they perform well.

    Phone interview with HR Recruiting member. Live Interview was rescheduled once due to customer escalation. Interview conducted with the hiring manager. He then brought in his Director for a brief introduction. The interview lasted about an hour.
