I have been working at Connecticut Business Systems full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Was a pretty good benefit package, solid product (Xerox, you cant go wrong) and salary was okay based on limited experience in that type of industry. good opportunity for advancement if you are successful

    Cons

Very structured sales process - make X calls this hour, get up and record # of calls on a board, etc.... good motivator for young or newer sales associates - gets old if you are a seasoned sales person.

    Advice to Management

Work WITH your best potential salespoeple, not to just mold them into the "company line" salespeople, but to see what of their strengths lead to making them a better salesperson.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ months. I interviewed at Connecticut Business Systems in April 2015.

    Interview

Very misleading, tell you one thing and do another. If you are not male and in your twenties don't bother. They expect you to start at seven thirty in the morning and return to the office nightly at five. Really? Talk about micromanagement. Pay scale average to boot. A lot of talk about how they are always looking for people, which was a serious red flag -- and then a line about finding a good fit. That's always a clue that they don't know what they want, and you should run.
