I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Connections Personnel of New York, Inc..

    Interview Details

The interview process was pretty straight forward: come to the office and meet with some of the team managers/VPs. If the first few people like you, you continue to meet with other employees who each provide feedback to the point person after they interview you. Because I came in from Connecticut, I decided to meet with as many people as I could in the first interview. This meant that I stayed in the office for about 6 hours and spoke to almost the entire company.

Whether you meet with everyone the first time, or come back for a second interview, the final round is meeting with the CEO who ultimately decides if you get an offer. They expect you to have a decision ready before you meet with the CEO, but they will give you a day or two to decide once you have the verbal offer.

The interview is mostly a personality fit, as it is an entry-level sales job and they want to make sure you have the right drive and can conduct yourself professionally. Things may have changed, but when I worked there, they only hired new college graduates.
