The company has wonderful compensation, benefits, training and career opportunities. It prides itself on operating safely and that really helps the bottom line. It is also a nice environment to work in.Cons
Majority of the opportunities in the Finance function are in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. That is not a very attractive area in regards to obtaining young talent, as it is a retirement community. Also, please just be very mindful of who you select to be in management. Some people, no matter how good they maybe as individual contributors, are just not suited to be supervisors, directors, or even managers in some cases.Advice to ManagementAdvice
The benefits and compensation are great. Please just be very mindful of who you select to be in management. Some people, no matter how good they maybe as individual contributors, are just not suited to be supervisors, directors, or even managers in some cases.
