I have been working at Conroe Independent School District full-time (more than 3 years)

    Well-respected district
Typically good parent and financial support

Incredibly time-consuming paperwork/online documentation required that is often redundant.
Principal leadership seems to be a mixed bag around the district-some tyrants, some softies, some great
Far too many programs implemented without proper support or training
    Parents always come before teachers

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop allowing those at the district level to implement programs/changes/mandates that are really just to try to make them stay relevant in their position under the guise of doing what's best for kids.

Enough with the terribly technology- First Class and View It are ANCIENT and look like something from 1998. This is not appropriate in today's workplace. If you require me to use online documentation then it should be effective and professional. This defeats the purpose of documenting as no one truly uses it reflectively. View It is terrible terrible terrible
