I have been working at Consulate Health Care

Easy to get hired, tons of hours and shifts available, most staff friendly and nice to work with

Low pay, rapid turnover, all decisions (including pay) come from corporate headquarters in Maitland (Orlando area).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you'd pay what the competition does, you wouldn't lose your good employees. Then you could afford to fire all the bad ones!
