New CEO, Don Binotto: Good clean family guy with morals, uses classic business models to run a company with true, positive, respectful, demanding but reasonable leadership. Track record running other companies to significant success. Great mentor.

Old CEO, John Blazevich: Founder, true visionary, offered great compensation and perks.

New CEO: Very demanding. High pressure to meet project deadlines, sales projections, new product development with a staff so lean it is impossible to do a genuinely great job with any sense of sanity. Clearly biased with his Pittsburgh staff making these challenges that much harder for the Los Angeles crew to execute.

Old CEO: See all reviews 2011 and prior. His arrogance was probably the #1 source of his bad karma. When the company began to suffer prior to BK not one customer gave a dam and colleagues secretly wanted the CEO to fail. He was doomed before he was doomed.

    Advice to Management

Binotto is a great CEO. He doesn't need advice.Although he did get involved in a money pitt! Not his fault.

I was referred by a work colleague and had actually met the interviewer once before at an industry function. First was a phone screen and then we met in person. Questions centered on what companies I knew in the industry - who I had strong relationships with - and could I deliver them going forward. Other than that the questions were fairly routine. Duties were described to me and were straightforward. Nothing was ever said to me about the eccentric owner.
