I have been working at Continental Resources (Massachusetts) full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Comfortable place to work, challenging and interesting work, free lunches on occasion, you get what you put in.

    Cons

They could offer to pay a little more, sometimes it doesn't feel like it is commensurate to the level of knowledge and amount of work you input.

    Interview Details

Interviews are pretty standard. Don't plan on being grilled heavily on the technical side. Your ability to communicate is much more important to the hiring managers.

I, personally, didn't care for the lack of enthusiasm from the person who responded to my application. That, along with the excessively long hiring process were enough to accept an offer from another company.
